If you are a resident of Balochistan, and you have done your bachelors degree in the subjects like Electronics, Finance, LLB, IT, Computer Engineering, or Marketing, you have a great opportunity to work as an intern with QESCO.
Every year QESCO issues intership quotas for the people of Balochistan in winter season, usually in the month of November. So let’s discuss this program in detail.
What is QESCO Internship Program?
QESCO Internship Program is only for the people of Balochistan; the people of other provinces cannot join this program. In this program, the candidates get the oppotunity to work in the QESCO (Quetta Electric Supply Company) which helps them to get hands-on experience of their discipline.
Program Duration
The duration of this program is 8 weeks (2 months). During this time candidates learn a lot of things by practically working in the industry.

Once you have completed your 2 months internship at QESCO, you get the following benefits:

- 25000 per month stipend for the eligible candidates

Eligibility Criteria for Joining QESCO Internship Program
Following are the requirements for the candidates to apply in this program:
- Must be of 32 years of age or less
- Must have completed the last degree within the last 3 years
- Must have CGPA of 2.8 or above
- Must have the domicile of Balochistan
- Must be graduated from HEC (Higher Education Commission) Recognized Universities / Concerned Boards
Selection Process for QESCO Internship Program
The selection process and criteria is as follows:
- Selection is done on the basis of merit without any discrimination
- Merit list is prepared on the basis of CGPA / marks
- If you are selected, the selection notification is sent to you
- Only short-listed candidates are called for the interview
- No Travel Allowance (TA) / Daily Allowance (DA) is admissible for the interview

- Fresh passport size photographs

Stipend Eligibility
To get the stipend from the QESCO, the candidate must fulfill the following requirements:
- Candidate must have minimum 3.5 average rating in the evaluation
- Candidate must have minimum 80% attendance during internship
- Candidate must submit the internship report
- Candidate must perform well throughout the intership
- Candidate must have a working bank account in his own name
Important Instructions
- The last date for the application submission was 24/11/2025.
- Applications submitted by hand are not be entertained
- The successful completion of the internship will not guarantee employment
- Present original documents at the time of interview
- QESCO has the right to withhold or cancel the application process
